Our client is a Swiss Private bank in Zurich, they are going through a large growth process and are seeking a young dynamic Swiss Lawyer to grow and develop in this very demanding environment

Your key responsibilities within the team are documentation management and to support the Team Head of Legal on all matters related to the Swiss legal side of the bank.

• You will be responsible for general documentation, contracts, agreements, corporate, etc. (drafting, reviewing, commenting, adapting, filing, etc.)
• You will support the Legal team in all Swiss legal issues and also carry out research and legal analysis for the manager
• You will handle all relationships with the authorities, requests, question, corresponding with SNB and FINMA
• You will be involved in regulatory matters, policies and client/corporate documentation area
• General other administrative duties related to the legal area
• You will support, and sometimes lead projects related to the legal area

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE University Swiss Law degree and Bar Admission
• MUST HAVE not more than 2 - 4 years Legal experience
• IT IS NOT A MUST to have banking experience, but you MUST HAVE a great desire to make a career in Banking
• MUST HAVE German Mother tongue and excellent English skills
• Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills
• Seeking to join a dynamic working environment and looking to develop and learn new skills
