TRANSFER PRICING EXPERT / CONSULTANT
Our client is a leading Zurich based alternative investment manager, with affiliated offices around the world and they manage over $70 billion in AUM. They have an opening in the Transfer Pricing team for an experienced, multi-lingual (English and German), dynamic, detailed-oriented and self-motivated
TRANSFER PRICING EXPERT / CONSULTANT
- Advise upon related-party arrangements and ensure arm`s length pricing of transactions within our multinational asset management business
- Look after and implement Transfer Pricing agreements/documentations and also ensure compliance including regulatory requirements
- Prepare and support of Service Level Agreements also other related documents/agreements
- Coordination between all Stakeholders
- Close cooperation with tax and finance/controlling departments and supporting international tax issues
- Administrative tasks (storage and filing of inter-company agreements, maintenance of fund structure chart, etc.)
- Point of Contact for questions and investigations related to transfer pricing.
Experience/Education/Skills
- Experienced transfer pricing expert, with consulting or a legal and/or tax accounting background
- At least 3 years of working experience (Bank, financial services industry, consult, etc.)
- University education or further education would be very helpful
- Experience or knowledge within the financial services industry including financing transactions
- Very good communication skills with fluency in English and very good German knowledge
- Team player with a proactive, self-starter mentality and the ability to perform the work independently
- Readiness to learn and obtain expertise in new areas of practice and the aspiration to take responsibility.
