IT OnSite SUPPORTER (6163)
Our client are building up a new marketing automation team to become a data driven company. Executing as a startup allows them to move quickly and work on the most impactful marketing automation use cases across Asset Management, Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
Your Challenge
• Technical support in the areas of HW infrastructure and SW applications in the end user environment
• Support and consulting support in the event of disruptions and processing of the concerns of our internal customers at national and international locations
• Participation in the provision of the necessary IT equipment based on the predefined workplace requirements
• Active participation in job relocation of employees - primarily at the Zurich location
• Active participation in HW processes Life Cycle & Inventory Management
• Participation in current IT tasks and projects
Your Qualification
• Successfully completed computer science or comparable training
• Very good experience in the IT support environment, beneficial to the financial environment
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows client, Microsoft Office environment
• Good knowledge of network, IP telephony and print systems
• Willingness to occasionally perform outside normal service hours
• willing to travel to short-term support assignments in the national and international branches
• Service, customer and goal-oriented personality with very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Motivated, honest and reliable team player with independent working method
• Very good German and English skills, good oral French skills are an advantage
