HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

We are seeking a young HR Administrator with a couple of years experience to support the senior members of the team in the day-to-day running of the HR Unit, you will have the opportunity to learn a tremendous amount about the business from highly trained and specialized HR professionals, it is an extremely global company with staff from all over the world. You will have the chance to develop and take on more responsibilities as time goes on.

  • Responsible for Human Resources operations and administration for local and international offices.
  • Responsible for HR administration from A-Z (start to finish) of the employee (contracts, staff On-boarding, preparing reference letters (mainly in English), HR Database and documentation maintenance, etc.
  • Daily support of the recruitment process and HR Recruiting DB tracking (Job posting on Webpage and job advertisements, reviewing applications, selecting candidates (support), setting up meetings/interviews/Skypes, point of contact for Agencies, third parties, etc.
  • Participate in HR/personnel related projects and internal process optimizations
  • General HR administrative, Agenda Management (sick leave, vacation, courses, etc.)
  • Daly point of contact for various stakeholders (vendors, audit, staff, authorities, etc.)

Qualification

  • We are seeking a young person with a couple of years of previous experience within HR, it is irrelevant which industry
  • Some eager to learn and develop their HR skills and wish to develop in a truly international company
  • Commercial apprenticeship or university, further education in HR is nice to have (but not a Must)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (fluent verbal and written), with excellent in German at least (mother tongue or native level is a must)
  • IT savvy mainly MS-Office
  • Motivated, flexible, exact and of course highly trustworthy due to the nature of the job in HR
